Dispute Resolutions

Business Transfers

If racinestudios.com and ericracine.com, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that we enter bankruptcy, user Personally Identifiable Information (PII) would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party conveying the same Privacy Policy. Unsolicited Submissions

We do not treat "unsolicited submissions" as confidential, and any "unsolicited submissions" will become our sole property. We have no obligations to "unsolicited submissions" and may use them for any purpose whatsoever without compensation to you or any other person.

License

Unless otherwise stated, we own the intellectual property rights for all material on racinestudios.com and ericracine.com. All intellectual property rights are reserved. Products

CDs, DVDs, vinyls, other tangible forms of audio and audiovisual recordings and promotional merchandise such as posters, books and clothing ("physical products"); and audio or audiovisual digital downloads, ringtones, images (e.g. screen savers), artwork, software and other non-physical copyrightable materials ("digital products"), collectively the "products", are owned by racinestudios.com and ericracine.com.

You may only use those "products" that you purchase or access through racinestudios.com and/or ericracine.com solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
In respect of "digital products", upon payment of the applicable purchase price, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the "digital products" for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Purchases, Prices & Payment

By initiating and completing a transaction with racinestudios.com and ericracine.com, you represent and warrant that:

You are legally capable of endorsing a contract with us.
Where a particular "product" is subject to a legal age classification, you are of the required legal age.
You have the legal right to use the payment means selected by you.
The price and availability of any "product" offered through racinestudios.com and/or ericracine.com are subject to change without notice.
You are under an obligation to pay the full price of the "product" including, without limitation, all shipping and handling charges, and any applicable network charges in respect of mobile downloads. In addition, you remain responsible for any taxes and import duties if that apply.
In respect of "physical products", your order represents an offer to make a purchase, which offer is accepted only when you receive the dispatched confirmation.
Regarding "digital products", a contract will only be formed between parties once we have received full payment.
Once the "product" is made available for download, the transaction can not be canceled.
Except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise, all sales through racinestudios.com and/or ericracine.com are final, and all charges from those sales are non-refundable.

We also use reasonable physical, technical and administrative measures to protect Personal Identifiable Information (PII) under our control. Disclaimer & Consent

Racinestudios.com and ericracine.com are provided "as is" and without warranty or condition. In particular, our service may not be offered without interruption or error. These provisions do not limit the warranties and consumer protection rights that can not be waived and that may be granted by the laws of your country of residence. You agree to hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of racinestudios.com and/or ericracine.com or any products or services you purchase through it.
