You hereby agree that this Agreement (and any claim or dispute arising in connection with this Agreement or your use of and/or is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the provincial and federal legislation of Canada, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and provincial courts located in the Province of Quebec, Canada, and waive any other jurisdictional venue. 



Business Transfers


If and, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that we enter bankruptcy, user Personally Identifiable Information (PII) would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party conveying the same Privacy Policy. Unless otherwise stated, we own the intellectual property rights for all material on and All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from and/or for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions. You must not:​

CDs, DVDs, vinyls, other tangible forms of audio and audiovisual recordings and promotional merchandise such as posters, books and clothing ("physical products"); and audio or audiovisual digital downloads, ringtones, images (e.g. screen savers), artwork, software  and other non-physical copyrightable materials ("digital products"), collectively the "products", are owned by and​


  • You may only use those "products" that you purchase or access through and/or solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

  • In respect of "digital products", upon payment of the applicable purchase price, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the "digital products" for your own personal, non-commercial use.



Purchases, Prices & Payment


By initiating and completing a transaction with and, you represent and warrant that:


  • You are legally capable of endorsing a contract with us.

  • Where a particular "product" is subject to a legal age classification, you are of the required legal age.
